Will the foam handle road vibration without cracking or peeling?
Yes. Once cured, BEEST FullStop™ bonds rigidly to metal, wood, and composite panels. It moves with the vehicle, doesn't crack, and doesn't absorb condensation.
How hard is this to apply inside a van or camper?
Very manageable. The kit includes the spray gun, safety gear, and clear steps. Most builders work in sections — wheel wells, ribs, ceiling — and complete the shell in a long weekend.
How many kits do I need for my van or camper?
One kit covers ~240 sq. ft. at 1". A typical Sprinter / Transit van takes ~1–2 kits; a 26-foot camper takes ~2–3 (one customer used 24 cans on a 26' camper). Measure wall + ceiling area and round up.
Will it cause condensation or off-gas in a sealed vehicle?
No. Once fully cured (~6 hours), the foam is inert, acts as a vapor barrier, and actively reduces condensation by sealing the cold metal skin from interior moisture.

Shake cans, attach the gun, and test on cardboard. Lay even passes across walls, ribs, and ceiling. Two thin coats beat one thick coat in a vehicle.

Cure and Build Out
Allow foam to fully cure for 24 hours, then trim excess foam flush before covering or finishing the area.
