NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN) THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The BEEST USA x Jackery Giveaway ("Promotion," "Giveaway," or "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (collectively, the "Territory") who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of BEEST USA ("Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Parties"), their immediate family members, and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or win a prize. For purposes of this Promotion, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren and their respective spouses, and "those living in the same household" means people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year, whether legally related or not.
By participating in the Promotion, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any and all damages, whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse, or possession of any prize (except any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize where caused by the gross negligence or breach of the Sponsor). Void outside the Territory and void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Promotion, selection of the winner, and Sponsor's exercise of discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Official Rules, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. TIMING
The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM EST on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Entrants outside of EST must check their local time equivalent.
3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, there are one or more ways to enter as set forth below. Most methods require an active internet connection and a compatible device with access to the Website and/or social media platform(s) used for the Promotion (collectively, the "Platforms").

Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026 and received by October 6, 2026 to be eligible. You will receive one (1) entry for each valid mail-in entry received, equivalent to the Base Entry method above. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
LIMIT: There is a per-person limit of total entries into the Promotion regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, scripts, bots, or other automated means are void, and the individual generating such entries may be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, duplicate, fraudulent, or late entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion. Entrants may not use multiple identities, accounts, or devices to obtain additional entries.
4. PROMOTION DRAWING
On or about October 7, 2026, Sponsor (or its designated representative) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) potential winner.
5. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION / PRIZE CLAIMING
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on the Platform(s) using the contact information provided at entry, within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The Promotion Parties are not responsible for incorrect, changed, or undeliverable contact information. If the potential winner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe of the first notification attempt, is ineligible, fails to respond, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining eligible entries. As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner will be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release. A potential winner becomes a "winner" only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor.
7. PRIZE / PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
Prize: One (1) Jackery HomePower 1000 v2 Solar Generator, Black, unit only (AC Charging Cable included; no bundled solar panel or accessories) (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $649.00).
Total ARV of the prize available in this Promotion is $649.00. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. Prize is awarded "AS IS" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, from the Promotion Parties, other than any manufacturer's warranty that may apply. The prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption, substitution, or equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion (including substitution of a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability). Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use. Winners who are U.S. residents may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize, if required by law. Any unclaimed or forfeited prize will not be awarded or will be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. The Promotion Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions.
Sponsor further reserves the right, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, or discontinue this Promotion in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide notice, a hearing, or any other proceeding to any entrant. In such event, Sponsor will have no liability or obligation to any entrant, including with respect to any prize not yet awarded, except as may be required by applicable law.
9. CONDUCT
The Promotion Parties reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempting to abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Promotion Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry or contact information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Promotion; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use/misuse of the prize.
11. RELEASES
By entering, each entrant releases, discharges, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Promotion Parties and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, city/state of residence, likeness, and statements about the Promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. PRIVACY
Personal data submitted in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Promotion and, where consented to, for marketing communications, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at beestusa.com/policies/privacy-policy.
