1.Ensure the surface is clean and free of oil, grease, dirt, or other contaminants.
2.Open the pail of BEEST Foundation Sealant and mix thoroughly.
3.Apply with a brush or roller, working the coating into the substrate.
4.Apply at an approximate rate of 1 gallon per 30 sq. ft. for optimal coverage.
Apply at a minimum rate of 1 to 1.25 gallon per 100 square feet per coat, according to the substrate and condition. Two coats are recommended. A minimum of 16 mils DFT (Dry Film Thickness) is recommended to achieve optimal performance of the coating. Normal drying time is 2-4 hours.
