1. Ensure the surface is clean and dry. You can scrub or pressure wash to guarantee a clean slate.
2. Apply BEEST PS-8700 with a brush, roller, or sprayer, rolling out any drips or puddles for consistent coverage.
3. Allow the first coat to dry, and apply additional coats as needed for enhanced gloss and protection. Let it dry for 2-4 hours before recoating. Denser surfaces may need only a single coat, while extremely absorbent surface will require multiple coats.
4. Clean up using mild soap and warm water. Thoroughly clean equipment. Sealer will stain clothing.
1 gallon covers approximately 200-250 sq. ft., depending on the porosity of the surface.For porous surfaces(poured concrete & concrete pavers): Use up to 175-200 sq. ft. per gallon.For smooth, dense surfaces(slate & stamped concrete): Use up tp 200-250 sq. ft. per gallon.Take note that coverage rates are estimates and will vary depending on surface type, age porosity, condition, application methods, and quantity of product applied.
