BEEST CS-9500 Concrete Paver & Stone Sealer Ready-to-Use - 1 Gallon

1. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Mix BEEST CS-9500 with 4 gallons of water to make 5 gallons of ready to use sealer. Apply to a small test area to ensure desired results.
2. Apply BEEST CS-9500 using a sprayer, roller, or brush.
3. Apply two coats for optimal protection, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly. Allow 5-10 minutes for the first coat to penetrate before applying a second coat.
4. Normally dry time is 3-4 hours when temperature is between 50°F and 85°F. Drying times may vary based on temperature, humidity, and air movement. Allow 24 hours for heavy foot traffic and 48 hours for vehicle traffic. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours of application.
5. Using mild soap and warm water, thoroughly clean equipment. Sealer will stain clothing. Dried material can be cleaned using mineral spirits.

One coat covers approximately 150 to 300 sq. ft. per gallon. For two coats, expect coverage of around 75 to 150 sq. ft. per gallon. Please note that these are estimates and actual coverage will vary based on factors such as surface type, age, porosity, condition, application methods, and the amount of product applied. For most surfaces, we recommend applying two coats for optimal coverage, appearance, and performance. Less porous and denser surfaces, like slate, flagstone, and bluestone, may only require one coat.
